Graduation and the New Year

So...Chris and I are BYU-Idaho graduates! It's been a long, trying, stressful road, but it was oh-so worth it! Did I mention it's been long? Chris used to always joke that if I would've been graduated when we got married I could have been making money these last 3-and-a-half years! He knows I don't think it's funny. But we are official graduates now and are in the process of moving on. After graduation, we spent Christmas with Chris's sister Jenny and her family. It was fun to be around little kids again during this time and watch their excitement as they opened gifts.

After Christmas, Chris and I went our separate ways--me to Moab with my family and him to Ohio and Indiana for job interviews. He had his first in-person interview with Honda on Thursday and he thinks it went well. Hopefully we have good news in the next couple of weeks. I am so proud of him and his determination to find a job. He is the best husband and we are so excited to begin this new chapter in our lives!

P.S. These pictures came from my parents camera so there aren't any of Chris's side of the family. I will try to post those when I get them!

We sure enjoyed getting to know the Robby Garrett family better while living in Rexburg

My dad has a picture just like this from his graduation, with him and his parents

The 6th picture from the bottom with you guys and your parents there is a girl walking up the stairs in the background. It looks like she is hanging there. It scared me at first.

Wow. I have to say. I have the most beautiful sisters! Seriously you guys looks amazing! I really wish I could have been there. You are such a good example to me and one of the best big sisters I could ask for! I love the picture of you and Chris in the snow! I think it's really pretty! And, I think that's Abelle in the background of the picture Brittney's talking about??

Thanks for the congrats everyone! The picture of us in the snow is the one dad picked to put in his office and it IS Annabelle in the picture Brittney is talking about! It was impossible to get a picture without people in the background and since we were by the stairs, kids were going crazy running up and down them!

Nicole! I am so sad I missed it! I was doing hair that day and every client that sat in my chair was probably sick of me talking about how my awesome sister was graduating from BYU-I that day! I am so proud of both of you! p.s. send me that image and I'll remove Abelle out of the background in photoshop. just make sure you send me the full sized image!
